Witch Queen DLC didn’t transfer
I recently moved from console to PC to play Destiny 2 the witch queen and my Witch Queen DLC did not transfer. It says I do not have the Witch Queen even though I enabled cross platform.

DLC are platform specific, if you buy WQ on Xbox you cant play that content when logged into steam as its a different platform, same with ps. Season passes are transferable between platforms.
