Hey there, did you unwrap it? Silver purchases have a refund/unwrap option before they can be used, you can see it in your engram inventory screen.

  • That's the strange thing,,,there was nothing to unwrap and the silver has been taken from what I had, I had 5.400 to start with,,and now have only 5,000.

  • If you look at the item again in the store, does it show as owned or does it let you repurchase it?

  • It says I can repurchase it?? Which is a mystery to me as I've lost 400 silver somewhere...

  • Hmm could you have a look here? https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/PurchaseHistory/ The first tab shows the running total of Silver, the ins and outs so you can confirm if you definitely had 5,400 before. See if things do or don't tally up there. The second tab is a list of purchases, does the shell show up there?

    Thanks. Firstly definitely double check to make sure if it's not in your wrapped engrams section. There is a contact form on this link -> https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items for missing Eververse purchases. If it's showing up in your purchases, and there's no history of a refund, then fill the form out and explain it there, hopefully they'll get you sorted out.
