So I've been playing destiny 2 for a while now, granted recently I've been on and off but one thing that stuck with me was my d2 character I created.
Initially it started to just doodling the character not even having a proper design for them or anything but then the more I drew them the more I wanted to expand onto not just only my character but also my mates characters as well. So I haven't posted anything and kept what I've worked on in private mainly. But I was curious to know if I'm allowed to post content like that? Like with art of my character or having like little backstorys for them following d2 lore. I've read up on the qna page for bungie which said that it wasn't really permitted to making story's or other plot lines that are connected to d2. So is it just that I'd need to clearly label it as fanart/fiction or can I not post my character nor their story entirely?
(sidenote:had this posted in off topic but reposted it here)
