Pretty sure we have all been in a situation (Duality is very blantant) where we go from full health to no health from physics (a phalanx bums you into a wall and instantly kills you ,at 100 res,full health & so on ,as a example)
Solution idea : make it so res or mobility have a physic damage cap bonus added (so say at 100,it limits physics damage to between 80% to 60%)

Agreed. If I can eat literal rockets for breakfast at 100 Res with my combined 60%+ damage reduction, there's no reason why tripping over a rock because a Phalanx bonked me into the tiny ledge behind my ankle should instantly kill me. Physics damage has always been stupid as hell in D2, and I frankly don't know why it was even included at all. I'd settle for a damage cap, but it really doesn't have much of a place at all in this game.
