Ever since the Witch Queen expansion released, I've constantly had troubles in Destiny 2 for PC, specifically the steam release. I have constant screen tearing issues even with v sync enabled, the framerate gets noticeably low despite my computer being more than powerful enough to run it at max settings in 4k, and generally doesnt feel nearly as smooth to play. I've reinstalled graphics drivers, used NVIDIA Control Panel, reinstalled the game numerous times, and have no way to fix this. It's incredibly frustrating, and I'd greatly appreciate help.
