They have another super, why wasn't that nerfed or disabled before worlds first, having a super that can dodge around bosses and distract them seems pretty broken versus survival mechanics

You generally get 1-2 supers per encounter and since it's not really a dps super, most people aren't going to run it. Compare that to say anarchy which was doing something like 40k a tick (80k with 2 grenades) and it last 10 seconds. A team could easily 1 phase all bosses.
