Based off this weeks dialogue between Eido, Drifter, Spider, and Mithrax as well as history of these guys, is it possible that Mithrax uses strand? From trailers we know that strand is basically a green colored power that interferes with reality. Mithrax uses a power that can hack into and interfere with Vex reality to his and our benefit. The dialogue between Mithrax and Spider when you get back to the Fallen Quarter (week 2) indicates that Mithrax has a past that seem closely related to our activities and what we are doing right now that he REALLY wants kept from us and his daughter. The holo with the Drifter right after indicates that there is something in these artifacts and while yes it is dangerous to just break them open, Mithrax stopping Eido may indicate that he knows what it actually is. Of course, if he has a past with these relics, what is it? Is he the original owner and therefore actually using strand? If so, why did he give up the power? Does it corrupt? With how close this season is to the start of Lightfall expansion, could Lightfall be not related to the Traveler, but instead House Light instead? What are your thoughts? I know I am making a few leaps, but not impossible ones, right?
