Yes it is. If you play on Hero difficulty or lower, then just check or bring your own. If you play on Legend and up, where you have to make your own fireteam, there is about 100% that they will have atleast one champion mod on them. If i am to make a fireteam or to join one, i make my loadout in advance. I do usually inspect them too make sure that we don't all run the same anti-champion mod only (takes about 5 sec) and change if needed. I don't understand these posts about saving a few seconds and people defending it and calling it quality of life changes and that if you don't agree with them then you are just letting them being lazy and allowing them to do nothing. This change is the definition of pointless.
