Error code rabbit isn't explicitly an error on your end, but you should stay out of matchmade activities if your internet isn't up to par or you risk getting a restriction.

Thanks for insight but I still believe that no matter the issue with my internet or their servers this shouldn't happen. I feel as if there should be a flag system for players with connectivity issues and they could bypass suspensions from matchmaking. Although I see issues with other players in the activity I still don't think a player should be punished for something that is out of there control.
-
Bungie has no way to tell if a disconnect is intentional or not. If they didn't punish it, people could just yank their ethernet cords any time they wanted to leave a match to avoid penalties (which is exactly what people did back in D1, & why Bungie started punishing disconnects in the first place).

You would think maybe they would have something that they can check to be able to pull up like why a person disconnected either via error code or not but back to a possible solution a possible way of flagging certain accounts that can bypass this "timeouts". This could be given to players with history of this happening. Or like a moderator could review a account on this matter.
This could be given to players with history of this happening.
That's literally what they did to you.
-
I have yet to receive anything that allows me to bypass "timeouts" in competitive playlists due to error codes.
-
Your way of bypassing timeouts is to fix your internet or stay out of matchmade activities. The warning they give before you get a timeout is your notification of a way to bypass timeouts.

But that wont allow me to play the mode that I wish to play. Also how would I know if it were to happen again in the next match? I'm unable to test if it will orbit me or not.
