Hoarfrost-Z is not dropping for me in Legend lost sectors
I have farming the chest armor legend lost sectors, and despite the fact that I completed the Witch Queen campaign when it was free, I got the hoarfrost, and I wanted another one with better stats. IT HAS NOT DROPPED EVER SINCE. Is there a bug or something in the system (other than RNG) that is causing this to occur?
