The only reason they touched eager edge is because of people skipping the tombship section of KF.

No, you can still do it, skating doesn't require 3 waving, they did it because they nerf things that ppl find useful

They put a velocity cap on when you can use the perk.

You can basically skip it with heat rises and dawnblade. Just equip a linear and kill distant enemies
