They are too busy worrying about requiring us to get to level 10 on 3 weapons. When most people can’t even get enough of 1 weapon to craft.
Then there’s those poor souls that leveled their stuff up and the quest isn’t retro active.
That’s what Bungo is worried about.

For those that have crafted and it isn’t retroactive. It’s a serious problem alright. One that Bungie could easily address but they refuse to. Sitting there like a spoiled brat refusing to eat their spinach so everyone can move onto other things.
