Luckily we can usually skip 4 or so challenges.
The gambit ornament for the ritual weapon is always skipped, and so will this weapon leveling one.

Problem is the challenge in question rewards the currency that upgrades the Star Chart. We only get 2 of those a week so waiting isn't a great option.

If you don’t want to do this one, you’ll need to do the gambit one as the other seasonal challenge you’ll want to skip will be in week 10 which requires levelling 2 seasonal weapons to level 20 Sorry to be the bearer of bad news

That’s fine. But you can’t get the seal without completing this challenge.

I thought you only needed to unlock 3 patterns for the seal

Yea. But you also need to unlock all the helm upgrades and you need the thing from beating this particular challenge.
