You've never cleared a raid, GM, or Master nightfall with that being said you don't know what you're asking for.
One example you get matched with 1 or 2 people not using mics you're never getting the raid done.

You said you have 2 sons that would complete your 3 man fireteam for a GM...... The same idea remains true youre speaking from a stance of ignorance. Matchamaking in GMs or higher tiers of difficulty would never work. Your lack of experience in these activities leaves you with zero talking points.

You didn't matchmake your host was able to preview loadouts and make adjustments.

The feeling that you should be able to is vastly different from why it currently doesn't exist. Again your lack of experience in harder activities leaves you with very little to support your post. Whats even more comical you claim you shouldn't have to use a web page or app to find players. The same place you created this post allows you to find people in just a few clicks far less clicks than the amount you used typing this pointless post the irony.......
