Y'all need to try getting your hiney slammed onto a nearest wall by a fellow Eager Edge troll. Soo freaking much fun, definitelly recommend. Absolutely no downsides of having such character collision. Nope, totally not.

Many of times. And i have been the one flinging people into walls at times. I just press revive and move on. If it isnt being done in pvp its really not the biggest deal

It sucks but they can just jump off the map to get the same effect. So egars edge is pointless to blame on something like that

We gonna eliminate self damage and jumping off maps too to prevent a troll from ruining a flawless run? They can also use a shoulder charge as well. Might as well just remove player collision.

So then we are settled. But i gotta say i think you are posting all of this stuff on the wrong post. My post was about well, bubble, and shatter skating. Not about eager edge heavy attack against players. These are two vastly different things. One is used to propel oneself at mach 50 while not effecting anyone else. And the other is used on occassion to greif players. Players use skating as a movement tool not a greifing tool cause it is impossible to hit someone with it. If you manage to hit someone with a skate then you deserve a medal of marksmanship. You might want to also understand my post was pretty much a goof on how bungie only nerfs things the community has fun with so if we all just start having fun with the duality bugs they might fix them. That sort of thing.

I understand very well how and for what EE is meant to be used, and how it's being misused by many. Bungie got their focus on the wrong side of the stick. It's what i aimed to emphasize earlier. Apologies if the message didn't transfer properly.
