Hi there. Cross Save cannot deactivate on its own. Deactivation requires all linked accounts being authenticated with their login credentials and manually clicking the deactivate button on the Cross Save page.
Whether due to accident or unauthorized access, if Cross Save is deactivated for any reason, players must wait 90 days before it can be activated again. [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031-Destiny-2-Cross-Save-Guide]There are no exceptions to this policy[/url].
If you suspect someone else has had unauthorized access, we recommend changing all of your accounts passwords immediately and enabling 2-factor authentication to prevent further access.
Your characters are still playable on their original platform while you wait for the 90-day cooldown to expire.

So I can't play until January? I don't have access to the original platform. Nothing can be done?

The 90-day cooldown is intentional and will not be reduced or removed. I'm afraid your options are to continue playing on whatever platform you have access to with that account's characters, or get a Playstation. Though it's more concerning that if you didn't deactivate Cross Save yourself, then someone else did and has access to all of your accounts. If you don't change passwords and enable protections, you stand to potentially lose more than not getting to play your PS characters for a few months.

I'll change some passwords here and there. Also, if I go back to Playstation, will I need to rebuy the dlcs and season?

I forgot to mention that DLCs and season passes are different. DLCs are licensed to an account and can only be accessed on the platforms they're bought. However, season passes are applied to whatever characters were active on the account when you made the purchase. This allows the passes to go with those characters wherever they are.

They cannot be transferred to other platforms, nor does Cross Save transfer or share DLCs. If you want access to certain DLCs on Playstation you don't have there, you would need to purchase them from Playstation. Same applies to Xbox if those are the characters you want to play with. I previously assumed you were referring to Playstation since your PS account has 3 characters and the most time played. If that's incorrect, please disregard my comments about needing to play on Playstation. If your cross-saved characters were from Xbox, you would need to be on Xbox to continue playing with them.
