Cryptic Quatrains III Not Progressing
Step 1 of this quest, I believe, is to open the chest in The Quarry lost sector in the EDZ. Upon opening this chest, my quest has not progressed to the next step. If anyone has any explanations, solutions, or is aware that my understanding of this first step is somehow incorrect, I'd appreciate some help.
