I stopped caring after Seeker's Cache II requiring medium treasure beacon which I already have and cannot obtain without probably resetting the rank...

the medium treasure beacon requirement was retroactive

It is not. I claimed the medium beacon, but do not have it completed on the challenge.

Maybe mine got bugged because I did not have the seeker's cache I complete by the time seeker's cache ii appeared, but already had claimed the beacon...
