Legendary pulses suck, outright. Exotics are the only ones getting it done in PVE. Purples are literally only good for initial stunning, while other weapons perform clean-up damage. -

In certain activities they are fine, and the exotic pulses specifically also feel fine. However legendary pulses when used in end game content like dungeons and raids feel quite weak compared to other options.

Idk I just used insidious in light blade gm and it feels good to me.

Correct me if I’m wrong but lightblade has arc burn, and insidious is an arc pulse. So when you say it feels fine, I believe you, because you would have been using it with a pretty substantial buff.

Pulse Rifles are my favorite guns too, but are completely outclassed by everything else. You're free to provide evidence that whatever Pulse Rifle you're using, that is legendary, deals more damage than any other legendary gun as well.
