and stops progress on other repute material challenges as well, if you cant craft 3, you can't get 3 to level 10 and then you can't get 2 to level 20, that right there is 3 repute that could be used on upgrades to help in other aspects of the grind. The repute material should never have been locked behind these requirements as they should be completed doing the weekly seasonal story missions etc and perhaps a little bit more but, not enough where people are still looking to complete 3 patterns from the first week to unlock in week whatever we are in now. 6 maybe..
