Name change issue. Have not played in a few years and last time was on PS4. Now I am on PS5 and my name was changed to Guardian####. I got on bungie.net to change it back to my ps name but it wont save. Only message I have is only 1 name change. Never changed my name before. Name does not violate any policy. Help please

Unfortunately this means your name broke the code of conduct. If you are unable to change it, there is nothing you can do. Bungie has not announced any plans for additional name changes in the future.
