Has anyone ever taken a close look at the rug Lord Shaxx stands on? Theres a lot of Carolingian symbolism and reference to the Song of Roland.
I was just looking at the Crucible symbol and noticed some stuff. The double headed eagle which was a symbol of the Holy Roman Empire (Charlemagne). Dead center of the eagle is the symbol for Durandal from Marathon. Durandal was the sword of Roland. In each of the eagles talons are two other swords. I assume one is Curtana (Cortana) the sword of Ogier the Dane and the other sword being Almace the sword of Archbishop Turpin. Considering Durandal and Cortana were names of A.I's is it possible there's an A.I. named Almace that hasn't been revealed yet?
Edit: I forgot there was another sword named Hauteclere used by Olivier which could act as a stand-in for Almace.
