I know im not the only one that has this issue, and its stopping me from doin any of the Halloween event. I can get the spectral pages all i want but the moment i go to manifest them they just get eaten and dont change over. Ive tried everything, changing to another character, restarting game, checking and validating my files. Nothing worked. and I cant even finish Eva's quest to open up the card to finish the missions, how or who can fix this?
