QoL Suggestion - Ready to Drop and Long Drop

1) In orbit, while in a fireteam, everyone should have a Ready to Drop indicator that lets them show visually that they're prepared and ready to start the next activity. This is important for a few reasons. It makes it easy to confirm fireteam readiness, without needing to rely on text or voice chat. Since using LFG to form pugs often means playing without text or voice, a visual indicator would make it easy to make sure everyone is ready to go. Also, some activities lock your gear and even for those that don't you can't equip different loadouts and mods (through your gear manager) once you've dropped into the activity. And even when D2 gets loadouts in the UI, being able to signal readiness would remain useful broadly. It just needs to be an indicator, it doesn't have to be a mechanism. It would still be up to the fireteam leader to choose when to drop and they can choose to drop when people aren't ready. It would be a tool that we'd be able to use but wouldn't be forced to use, so that we can benefit from it without it holding us back. 2) The fireteam leader should be able to select a 'long drop' option that extends the timer out from 3 seconds to something more like 15-30 seconds, with an option to skip the remaining time and jump straight into the activity. This would work in tandem with the Ready to Drop indicator. Some people just won't use the indicator and this would give them a little extra time to equip the right mods. People who do use the indicator would have extra time in case they made a mistake and need to make a fast change. It would also solve the problem of being a fireteam leader and never being sure how much time to give people to prepare. And being able to skip at the fireteam leader's discretion means it wouldn't introduce delay or create extra headache.

Nah, why are you joining LFG when you're not ready for the activity in the first place? When people join me I expect them to already have mods on, if they don't? We'll just go back to orbit so they can either put them on or I can replace them
