This one looks to be closer related: - Farming for tranquility, I have seen the always same perks alongside Firing line. iE the third perk was different depending on the character, but within a character's drop it is always the same. Calculation suggested that this chance is beyond the billions, as the sample size has reached quite the size for a single player. Problem: If there is something wrong, is impossible to prove from the outside. iE I could be the 1 in some billions case having bad luck like that.
