After the light 3.0 reworks, Warmind cells have fallen out of relevancy in the last few seasons. After hearing rumors that these (along w/CWL and well mods) will get a rework in Lightfall, I started speculating on what these buffs could offer to thse relics of the past.
Here are some of my brainstorming. If you got any other theories or ideas, feel free to share
Anyways, here are my Warmind Cell rework

-Base Warmind Cells
-Increased explosion damage from
(50-250 → 100-300)
-Increased radius of warmind cell
explosions from 6m to 8m
-Global Reach
-Increased range of warmind detonation
from 10m to 13m
[b]Void Mods[/b]
-Cellular Suppressionl
-Increase time targets stay suppressed
from 2s to 3s
-Power of Rasputin
-Increased damage buff from 10% to
20%
-Grasp of Rasputin
-Changed to an arc combat mod
[b]Solar Mods[/b]
-Burning Cells
-Explosion from warmind Cells scorch
targets (60 base; 80 with ember of
ashes)
-Fireteam Medic
-Now grants cure x2 instead of the
generic heal
-Rage of the Warmind
-Explosion when destroying a
warmind cell is replaced with a solar
ignition
[b]Arc Mods[/b]
-Sheltering Energy
-Changed to a void combat mod
-Now grants a void overshield
-Modular Lightning
-Collecting warmind cells now jolts
nearby targets
-Strength of Rasputin
-Added benefit: increases melee
damage when collecting a warmind cell
(30% buff)
