Hey there. Could you go in game, go on each character and swap whatever emblem they are currently using to a different one, and then re-try the app? It seems that making a little change like that, fixes the problem for most.

  • Thank you so much! I tried the method you said, and the problem is solved, but it seems that I can only choose the steam platform. I bought the year 2 game content on the steam platform before, and did a cross-platform data save, and then afk, not long ago I I bought a ps5 host, and now I mainly play on ps5, and I bought all the dlc content on the ps5 platform, of course, except for the latest dlc content in the next year, because the price is a bit expensive, I can only wait to start, so I am Isn't it impossible to switch to my ps5 account to log in to the app and dim?

    Good! Glad to hear that worked. You've got cross-save set up with Steam as the primary, so no matter what you log in with, that's the account that will show. Anything on the PSN account is dormant and inaccessible. Just out of interest, what happens if you try to log into DIM with your PSN credentials? If that doesn't work, not sure what can be done. Your characters and progression are bound to Steam and always will be, so any solution would, at the minimum, involve losing those characters, all their progress, and any in-game purchases linked to them (including Witch Queen's season passes, regardless of them being purchased while on PSN). That probably isn't what you want.
