I was on destiny 2 for about 20 mins then got off to eat dinner before trials and came back to a weasel error. I was like hmm that's odd I was just sitting in orbit. So I closed the game waited and relaunched. After a few seconds it said I was banned?! How? I have never cheated in this game and have played since 2017. I have almost 6500 hours played.. Not sure what's going on but this isn't right. I've gotten numerous people banned for cheating and hacking but I'm banned for being idle and eating? Normally people cry and complain when their not innocent but this just isn't right. Any help would be nice because I refuse to start over after all the money I've spent and bought lightfall.

If you have submitted an appeal - give it a week or two, if there are no replies/ban isn't lifted; then they are saying the ban is justified and unfortunately that is the end of it. Go to https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction. hit sign in -> sign in 0> go back to that link and refresh -> click submit request at the bottom of the page. Ever since the switch to Zendesk Bungie Help has been iffy.
