I feel you.
There are some people -blam!- think the game is in the best state.
I am probably gone uninstall the game but not my characters.
There is too much work into them for me to part ways with them.
Much respect for going as far as you did.

I played 3000 hours in Division 2 during first lockdown, I eventually just stopped playing, never deleted the characters, they deserved a better end than that lol

Exactly. I cant part ways with my characters because they are not the problem. The content and the lack of development/creativity within the game is. Plus Destiny and Bungie collectively want you to play the whole game all over again. Miss me with that nonsense.

Wrong crowd in community and themselves. They are trying to make the game, play the game and control the game. They cannot let Destiny be great for the community. This game is one of the most unique shooters of its class and genre and is being destroyed and killed by developers who think they are more skilled than the actual community.

The had the formula during the 30th anniversary pack season, I don’t see why the don’t admit their faults and go back.

Yep, freedom of speech is a big deal, and I always feel like we're being silenced. And the only thing that ever has bothered me about these online gaming forums and communities, is that that First Amendment right that I fought for while serving in the United States Air Force always seems to go upon deaf ears. Don't get me wrong, I agreed that there needs to be rules, and codes of Conduct in place to make sure everybody's playing nice. But I have seen some of the tames stuff get banned.🤫

The 1st amendment does not apply to private companies. Maybe they shouldn't have handed you a gun if you didn't know that.

Absolutely, it's beyond repair now imo, I used to love playing the game, menagerie and escalation protocol was my favourite activities, I never got bored of either of them. They vaulted the wrong content, SOTP and COS should have stayed, even leviathan, no doubt I'll get shot down by someone for even suggesting it.

Agreed. The core systems should have been updated more and more but they tried to compete against companies of the same genre who couldnt hold a candle to what Bungie had developed with Destiny. I have said for many years now that Destiny would be its own killer not another game nor company. However, if a company found a way to stick to the FPS versus the TPS, this game would eventually become second to those.

Well firstly, thank you so much for your service, and I will not be quiet about that. I will thank every branch of military for their service past and present. I watched a video of a World War 2 vet, with tears in his eyes, stating that what is this country that he fought for, that his friends died for.

Reading is fun for the mental. Gaming should be second to that but Bungie cannot comprehend “fun”. They only want money and you to shut your mouth and be silent to anything substantially progressive for the game.
