I cannot access any of my character information on my companion app or on Bungie.com. I have tried signing out of all my accounts and then signing back in, resetting my companion app and logging into Bungie directly. Every time it tries to reload I get The data has failed to load from servers and the code at the bottom is (1618). This has made the app unusable and I can no longer join LFG fireteams nor transfer weapons between characters and the vault. Is there a fix for this?
