Personally I want a playlist with reduced ability regeneration & more about gun play.
Bungie said thier goal is a 60/40 weapons to abilities split.
How is that possible if cooldowns are less than minute ?
I define ability spam as 4-5 people tossing a grenade, or melee, or both within "every minute."
The reality is everyone spams abilities at the begining of a match, everyone's abilities recharge about the same time and then it repeats.

Keep in mind nearly ALL WEAPONS have less than a ONE SECOND time to kill value. SO if you have to wait a WHOLE minute, that is 60 seconds, to get an ability, that means that's at LEAST 60 kills per ability. Abilities are NOT the issue, its how fast the game is, and how INHUMAN they expect you to be able to play. Not everyone is a god tier gamer that can react to a weapon that can kill you in LESS THAN A SECOND!!

60/40 split is an absolutely disgusting goal for Bungie to shoot for. That means if I was to die 10 times in a match. I would be killed by fusion 5x, Ability 4x, and 1 primary death. Primary weapons are just too outclassed by special weapons and abilities to ever have PvP taken seriously in this game. It's just too free. Special ammo economy needs as a massive rework, and ability timers need to be at least doubled.

Ideally Destiny gets a forge mode. If for example you wanted scrim type modifiers to have a serious game, you can. Or if wanted nothing but sniping, go for it. I really hope they reel in some of the cheese for comp mode at least. As an pizza lover I can't believe I'm asking for less cheese, but here we are.
