Turned in my quest for exotic cipher to Xur. Not in inventory, postmaster or vault. Can’t buy a new one from xur either. Anything I can do?

Hi, Was your inventory full when you turned in the quest? If yes, the Exotic Cipher wost lost because they do not go to the Postmaster. Exotic Cipher's only go to the player's inventory. You will have to do the quest again next week to get another. Bungie will not replace lost items.
