Cookie materials not dropping

[b]Flash of inspiration[/b] cookie materials is gained by generating [b]orbs of power[/b].
One of the [i]aspects[/i] I put on for my abilities is [i]spark of amplitude[/i] which reads: rapidly defeating targets while you are amplified creates an orb of power.
During gameplay I've created many orbs of power and I get no cookie materials. Something's wrong obviously. Can team bungie glitch fixers fix this?

Having problems getting taken butter as well. Says killing taken combatants will get me taken butter but I guess it depends how I kill them. Because I kill a lot and I get everything else but.
