I've been having problems as well on my laptop with 2070 ever since the dawning started. The fps is around the same as if I was using integrated graphics. Have you found anything yet to improve fps?

I now have a Level 2 support ticket with Nvidia open on their drivers regarding my FPS issue. Turns out it isn't just a destiny 2 thing - I also get same issue on sniper elite 5. If you can tell me your nvidia driver version it might help me with nvidia (if you have one of the drivers I have found to be bad). That would at last prove it's not just me.

But looking through this forum there are a *load* of people reporting fps issues on rtx series 20/30 laptops since these drivers were released (which is unfortunately also around the time the new season started). Any anyone with the default geforce experience setup will automatically patch in the new (bad) drivers...
