This is pretty normal these days either app does not work or there are problems in the game, i started warframe its pretty good but i loved Destiny and every time i try to return developers shows incompetence... Like, how can it be down for now 3+ days.

Bungie has already stated they have found a possible fix and plan to release a hotfix next week which should bring the API back online. Patience goes a long way.
