Confirmed, still happening on Android and IOS ...
It's patchy at best. Most of the times it is "faster" (nothing fast about this ...) to travel to all the locations and pick them up in-game

Its still broken and I don't see Bungie acknowleding the problem. My entire clan and other LFG players are all having the bounty problem. Bungie: any word on this issue?
