It sucks so much. I got a god roll piece of gauntlets, best roll ever for me, and it's gone now. I don't think they will do anything about any of it.

Why would I lie about this? I legit got the bow yesterday after not getting it per reset after week 8 logged back in didnt show up i used in prophecy dungeon and then logged off after doing pinn logged in today and its gone did the pin weekly for spire and didntt get the drop im not lying at all i legit got it and its now gone due to roll back

Understandable. It's very frustrating. This happened once, it can happen again and be even worse than this. How long before we just loose random stuff or even characters. They didn't even apologize for what happened.
