No way man, that bow is honestly one of the best exotics we've gotten in a while. It holds up really well in high level content. Especially when you keep a far distance from enemies.

If you’re far enough away to the point where enemy attack can’t hit you, not only do you suffer accuracy drop off, but the circles cause blur on your screen. Ticcus is a better option in the vast majority of cases.

Higher DPS, better crowd control, peek shooting solves the issue of being stationary. Absolutely melts champs if there's a mod for it. With the catalyst you have the draw time of hush.
