I unlocked the ornament for both through the normal bounty process available through Ada-1 afterwards. I have already used the missing ornament many times on my character however, they now appear to be gone from my archive of acquired ornaments. The item itself remains in my collections as something I have acquired already but I cannot find nor equip it anymore as an ornament. I have also checked to make sure that I am not wearing the item in question, the leg armor I am currently wearing is part of the Wild Hunt Set which are definitely not the Deep Explorer Boots.
