Matchmaking restrictions are inconsistent and absurdly long.

I have now received a third matchmaking restriction which prevents me from playing crucible or gambit for 2 months... The first two instances were 2 weeks. I feel like other games give like a 10 - 15 min restriction for instability, I can even understand 24 hours, but 2 months??? I have sent in an appeal for each of these restrictions and have received no response. I included a screen shot of my internet speed immediately after receiving the ban each time (514 mps download with 28 ping, 191 mbps upload with 15 ping). My gameplay has been smooth the whole time and have received zero warnings of unstable network before the restrictions were given to me. Are these restrictions awarded based on player reporting? Or do they have other mechanisms. I have been through their troubleshooting guide and worked with my own provider and I am positive the instability is not coming from my end.

Players who experience poor network conditions will be restricted to stop them from ruining the game for other players. The first restriction is 2 weeks then 2 months if things aren't improving on your end. See Bungie's network troubleshooting guide for support. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496531-Network-Troubleshooting-Guide
