Better idea...get rid of power level completely, since it's nothing but a way for Bungie to gatekeep and keep you on the pointless hamster wheel.

Funny that if they make the loot at least half as interesting as borderlands it would have enough content to mess around with builds and weapon variety but no, reskin all the way like it's the first borderlands back in 2009
