I only do then for the bright dust and only play pvp for the bright dust each week. I would never play pvp if it wasn't for bright dust bounties each week.

That may be true, but if it wasn't a challenge less non-PvP players would bother with Trials, alleviating at least a miniscule number of complaints by PvP mains about less skilled players getting involved in their matches.
