I see your name was recently changed. What was it before? Players with really inappropriate Bungie Names will be subject to a forced name change and game ban. Sending inappropriate messages to other players can also lead to a game ban.
If you have sent in an appeal, you have done all you can do. There is no guarantee of a response. If you don't get a response, your ban was correctly placed and will not be removed. Do not send in more than one appeal as this could lead to Bungie blacklisting you.
Bungie will never disclose why they banned you for security reasons. You can read their ban policy below.

You should remember that there is no guarantee they will remove your ban. If they don't remove your ban, you're banned forever. Making another account will get you banned again. Also, remember that despite that response there is still no guarantee they will get back to you. If you don't hear back within 30 days, your ban was correctly placed and will not be removed. Do not send in more than one appeal as this could lead to Bungie blacklisting you.
