This wouldn't change anything for the better.
It would just increase AFK gaming.

It shouldn’t change for killing with specific types of weapons, like get 20 kills with a Pulse Rifle, but it definitely should change for super specific ones asking for kills with debuffs like Suppression or Volatile or certain ones that only count if the target was killed by you and not by assist.

I understand what you're saying. All this will do is increase AFK gaming. Do you remember Forge farming?

Hardly, only that I really grinded for the Triumphs to get the weapons and emblems. Never had too much of an issue with players being afk far as I can remember, though I could have just been lucky at the time.
