Y'all gotta stop looking at stats sites before games. You'll be so much happier.

Told my team literally the same when we play trials. It's so not accurate of practical skill. It only shows hard data. Which in the grand scheme of things. No thumb Nathan becomes hero Nathan for his fireteam one weekend because he has been blessed with improvement. Then the data is useless. Absolutely

So true. A lot of these kids are just the perfect example of big hat no cattle.

Quite true good sir

Being a PvP main myself who used to do this, I can confidently say I used to sike myself out allllll the time. The truth is that a lot of the “high level players” really are only good with their dedicated stack they run with. They themselves are meh, but their teamwork is what puts them above average. Only a very very small percentage of players are actually good enough to run with different people, perform just as good and adjust their play styles.

I had a friend who does that, instantly stops trying once he sees they’re better players.

This, i have a friend who does a complete investigation on any player he faces. Its creepy.

Where do people really find the time?

Same. It's to the point where I've had to start avoiding Trials with one of my close IRL friends. Like every game starts with a sigh and "well this is gonna suck" because he pulls up DTR and immediately decides we're losing based on a likely-inflated K/D number or something like man just play. Please lol
