People complain all the time on the forums about players not playing the objective and or speed runs.
This will occur as long as there are bounties, catalysts, quests, triumphs, challenges and seals that set objectives that are contrary to activity objectives.
Going into Gambit and getting 25 invader kills prompts a player to invade as often as they can to finish it and move to the next step.

Having bounties isn’t going to stop me from speedrunning strikes

No if anything it would encourage you to under certain circumstances. I don’t care about speed runs but there’s posts on the forums about it regularly.

Yeah I see these posts all the time. If it’s that bad, load into the lake of shadows strike and just get kills in the lost sector by it

Players are going to play the way need to. The game has always bee that way. Players objectives and activity objectives won’t ever be the same.
