Not as good as it sounds mate
Played with it on my friends account. Sucks bad outside of a Well, and even then its Mediocre at best

I've had a hard time liking it as well, but surely there has to be SOME reason to have it? I've seen people do a lot of damage to Oryx with it, so there's that. Never thought a scout rifle would be the play for a raid boss, but it's from that raid so why not? But it begs the question, where else is it good? Not sure... That said, I'll still finish the cat.
