It would fit perfect with most Warlock supers in D2, because that increased fire rate will get more kills than the super
But it shouldn't be Warlock exclusive in D2

Honestly, I'd be okay with this. Ace Already came back, so Tlaloc and (a revamped and worth using) Fabian Strategy would be nice to have.
