Regular Crucible Drops In Iron Banner
Why the is it still possible to get regular drops in Iron Banner? Stop giving me Blowouts, and give me the gear for the mode I am currently playing. For -blam!-'s sake, Bungie. It's 2023, why is this still a thing? Stop wasting my time.

I was going to say, it's not regular crucible drops. It's blowout. It's trolling, only explanation I have.

2 RepliesYour problem are not the Blowouts, the drops are seperate from each other. The problem is the stupidly low drop rate of IB gear in IB. Hell why are so many people so obsessed with taking away the double dipping on loot for IB? If I have to play IB, I gladly take the chance for good playlist weapons (as well as the shards) in addition to a (hopefully in the future) good-ish droprate of IB stuff.

2 RepliesReminder that the Crucible Seasonal Weapon drops aren’t replacing your Iron Banner loot. It’s additional loot alongside that gear. You could get two Blowouts and then an Iron Banner weapon from a game. The real issue is Iron Banner loot having abysmal drop rates.

Iron Banner has outlived its usefulness. Bungie has to fill the drops with other weapons. We now get the best weapons and armor from the Helm, and in Lightfall there will be a new source. It is a shame, but the glory days of IB are long gone.

Don’t know if the constant Blowout drops during IB is Bungie’s idea of a joke, or the loot drops not working as intended. In any case, it blows.

4 RepliesIron banner drops are separate from crucible drops. Iron banner gear is just rarer that's it. Why would the mode shower you in loot? It would defeat the purpose of the rep system.

6 RepliesThe crucible gear is extra rewards. If they took it away, you'll still get the same amount of iron banner rewards. You're not asking for them to stop giving you crucible gear, you're asking for them to increase the drop rate of iron banner gear.

You have a chance to roll a iron banner drop every game You also have a higher chance to receive a crucible drop each game THE TWO DONT CONFLICT OR NEGATE THE OTHER You also have a high chance of it being the newest seasonal crucible weapon due to people complaining a few seasons ago the new weapons had low drop rates

Seriously, and on top of that the armor drop are f-ing abysmal. Stop giving me a damn sword or crappy wizen im never going to use, if I had a quarter for ever repeat item I've gotten...I'd at least have $20 by now.
