I have played 20 matches today and there were multiple players lagging all over the place. I have played this game since the beta in 2014 and this is the worst its ever been. It is consistently horrible. I have great internet so it isn't me. 500 mb up. 200 mb down. 6ms latency. Bungie should just sunset the crucible if they aren't going to support it.
